Networks

Managing two social media accounts, creating 12 unique designs per month, and consistently publishing new content every week, without ad-hoc or spontaneous posts.

From the idea to the delivery.

What we created together.

A monthly content plan for two social media platforms: 12 custom-designed pieces, a posting schedule, and responses to comments. This is not a generic template; each piece is created based on a calendar we develop with you, aligned with the products or services your business promotes that month.

It serves as a natural continuation of a released piece or a podcast episode, edited and adapted for vertical format on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

Prices for more than two networks or more than 12 items are quoted separately, based on the same base plan.

For whom.

  • Small businesses that publish inconsistently or have stopped publishing.
  • Brands that are already creating video content and need to edit it for social media.
  • Businesses that want to delegate design and scheduling—not just the writing/drafting.

What it includes.

  • 12 pieces per month
  • Monthly publication schedule
  • Text writing and hashtag creation.
  • Response to basic comments and messages

A shared process.

How we do it.

01

Monthly summary

We reviewed what to sell or offer that month and created the calendar.

02

Design and writing.

We produce the 12 pieces: photos, video clips, or graphics.

03

Approval

You review the calendar before it is published.

04

Publication and response

We post regularly and respond to comments and messages on an ongoing basis.

Before we begin.

What networks are you working on?

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The basic plan covers 2; you can add more.

Can I just request the design and publish it myself?

Yes, it’s being quoted separately, without the publishing and response module.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
