Corporate video

A 1 to 2-minute video, including a script, filming, and editing, intended for institutional use, sales, or investors.

Executive recording an institutional video in a professional studio, with cameras and lighting around.

From the idea to the delivery.

What we created together.

The video demonstrates who you are when someone is looking for you before making a purchase – designed for a website, a presentation to investors, or for the sales team. It includes a script, a day of filming at your operation (or ours), and simple motion graphics editing if needed.

It’s different from a launch piece because the goal isn’t a one-time premiere, but rather a video that will be used consistently over several months – on the website, in sales meetings, and regularly on social media.

For whom.

  • Companies that need an institutional video for their website.
  • Sales teams utilizing video in business meetings.
  • Companies preparing for a funding round or a presentation to investors.

What it includes.

  • Script and scene planning
  • A day of on-location filming.
  • Simple motion graphics edit.
  • Long version and a short version for social media.

A shared process.

How we do it.

01

Script

We defined the central message and the video’s structure.

02

Recording

One day in your operation, with your own camera and audio equipment.

03

Edition

Editing, color grading, motion graphics if needed, and licensed music.

04

Delivery

Approximately 1 to 2 minutes, plus a short cut for social media.

Before we begin.

How long does the on-site recording last?

Typically, a full day’s work. If it involves multiple locations, it’s quoted separately.

Does it include narration or actors?

The use of professional-sounding voice recordings is priced separately; this includes interviews with your own team or clients.

The story can continue.

Production and Content

Launch piece

A trial episode, either recorded and edited, or a 60-90 second video, before committing to a monthly plan.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
