Launch piece

A trial episode, either recorded and edited, or a 60-90 second video, before committing to a monthly plan.

From the idea to the delivery.

What we created together.

It’s a gateway: a single piece, without a monthly subscription, so you can see the standard for recording, scripting, and editing before deciding whether a podcast or a social media account is right for you. It’s useful for a brand that has never produced content, as well as for one that wants a specific piece – such as the launch of a product, a trade show, or an anniversary.

It’s also the way we begin each new DITAP vertical – whether it’s the DITAP Energía or DITAP Salud launch – we use the same process we offer to any external client.

If you want to continue after finishing, the launch fee is deducted from the first month of podcast or social media.

For whom.

  • Brands that have never recorded content and want to see the standard before committing.
  • A launch, an anniversary, or a specific event that requires its own dedicated piece.
  • DITAP’s other areas when launching a new service…

What it includes.

  • Script written based on your brief.
  • Recording with own equipment in Punta Arenas, or remotely.
  • Audio or video editing and mastering.
  • An additional vertical cut for networks.

A shared process.

How we do it.

01

Brief

Please tell us what you want to share, to whom, and in what format – whether as an episode or a video.

02

Script

We write out the structure and the questions or the technical script. You review it before recording.

03

Recording

In our study, either in Punta Arenas or via video call if you are outside the Magallanes region.

04

Editing and delivery

We edit, master, and deliver the final file, plus a vertical cut for social media.

Before we begin.

Could I request a video instead of a podcast episode?

Yes. The launch piece is either a pilot episode or a 60-90 second video – you choose the format based on what you want to convey.

If I want the monthly plan later, do I have to pay twice?

No. The cost of the launch piece is deducted from the first month of the monthly or social media podcast.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
