Monthly podcast

Four episodes per month: including scriptwriting, recording, editing, and distribution across all platforms, with guests coordinated by us.

From the idea to the delivery.

What we created together.

A podcast that maintains consistency requires someone to actively follow up with guests, write the questions, and deliver the finished episode on time, month after month. We handle the five key stages: episode brief, script, recording, editing, and distribution on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts.

We’ve coordinated the guest schedule, so you don’t need to worry about your team finding the time to write and edit. You approve the script and participate in the interview (or record it); we handle the rest.

The same process is used to produce content for the other verticals within the DITAP group.

For whom.

  • Brands that want consistent presence, not just a single element.
  • Businesses (B2B) that use podcasts to demonstrate expertise to clients.
  • Founders who want to interview their own team or clients.

What it includes.

  • 4 episodes recorded and edited per month
  • Script and guest coordination
  • Available on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts
  • Cut lists for each episode’s network.

A shared process.

How we do it.

01

Brief

We define the topic and guest for each month’s episode.

02

Script

We prepared the questions or the conversation guide.

03

Recording

Whether studying in person or remotely, depending on where the guest is located.

04

Editing and distribution

We edit, upload them to each platform, and deliver the clips for social media.

Before we begin.

Do you manage to get the guests?

We coordinate the schedule and confirmations; you typically handle the initial contact with clients or partners, and we continue from there.

What if we don’t have any guests one month?

We’re recording an internal analysis or interview episode with your team, to ensure we don’t miss our monthly publication.

The story can continue.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
